Starting April 2025, your hospital and clinic records will be combined into a single, secure patient portal—so you can access everything in one place. No more juggling multiple logins or repeating your medical history. Stay connected with your care team, track appointments and manage your health, all from one convenient portal.

Patients will be registered for the new portal at their next appointment. If you’d prefer to self register, you may self-enroll here.
