It is our goal to engage the community in
the fight against heart disease by providing a strong community outreach program that provides a variety of opportunities that will help keep our community strong and healthy. 
We invite the community to participate in learning and screening opportunities through our participation in local health and wellness fairs, our screening programs (Heart Attack Risk Assessment,
HeartSaver CT and Keep the Beat) which are done on-site and at various locations throughout the community and our Speaker’s Bureau.

To request a sponsorship, donation or event support, complete and submit this form. The request should be submitted at least 45 days prior to commitment deadline. The request should cooperate with the Arkansas Heart Hospital mission.
